Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a certified Notary to guide customers through motor vehicle and driver licensing processes in Reading, PA. This daytime, on-site role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with PA laws, and exemplary customer service. You will notarize documents, assist with registrations and title transfers, and coordinate with PennDOT and other agencies.

This position offers a stable 9am-5pm schedule, weekly pay, and temp-to-hire benefits including health and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required for licensing and records handling.
• Pennsylvania Notary Public certification required.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Process motor vehicle and driver licensing transactions, including registrations, title transfers, and renewals.
• Provide licensing guidance and outstanding customer service in person and by phone.
• Notarize documents and maintain records per Pennsylvania law.
• Review and submit licensing paperwork, coordinating with PennDOT and lienholders.
• Monitor activity, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Manage licensing supplies and maintain accurate distribution records.
