Job summary

Ray Price Dealerships in Stroudsburg, PA is seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to ensure accurate state registration and title documents. You will process documents, review bills, contracts, warranties, and service contracts for DMV submission, and maintain compliant records.

The ideal candidate has at least three years DMV title processing experience, a high school diploma or GED, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. Notary is a plus; not required.

• Check documents for accuracy, ensure all parts are signed and necessary information is present
• Review sale prices, maintain file of sales and related paperwork
• Research vehicle titles and resolve issues promptly
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally within timelines
• Stay updated on DMV regulations and use appropriate resources
• Perform general office duties such as filing and copying
