Wealthfront Mortgage Operations is hiring a Mortgage Loan Originator to support clients through intake, disclosures, and closing in a fast-paced, tech-enabled lending environment. You will ensure data accuracy, manage expectations, and maintain full regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires an MLO license, 4+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of Conventional/ Jumbo guidelines.

Qualifications

• NMLS licensing requirements and regulatory knowledge are essential.
• Experience with TRID/HMDA and federal/state lending rules.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through intake and loan closing steps.
• Verify data accuracy before submission to Processing.
• Set clear timelines and manage client expectations.
• Deliver initial disclosures promptly and compliantly.
• Work independently with escalation to leads when needed.
• Ensure all loans originate in full regulatory compliance.
