Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential mortgage lending.
• Must be appropriately licensed or able to obtain licensure within 60 days.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and referral partners.
• Manage client relationships and identify service and sales needs.
• Respond to inquiries and referrals from contacts.
• Conduct borrower interviews to analyze financial and credit data.
• Market, promote, and sell loan products.
• Negotiate rates and terms.
• Define and manage loan process expectations for customers.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely closings and accuracy.
