Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn mortgage processes and systems.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience by supporting borrowers and real estate agents.
• Assist with end-to-end loan origination from pre-approval to closing.
• Manage mortgage leads and follow up to maximize conversions.
• Complete a structured four-month learning plan including SAFE licensing prep.
• Collaborate with team to identify improvements and drive results.
