Job summary

Cornerstone-Capital-Bank seeks an experienced Licensed Loan Officer to join our mortgage team in New Mexico. You will promote and sell loan products, manage client relationships, and ensure accurate, timely closings while delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in mortgage, a state license (or ability to obtain within 60 days), strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry with a clear understanding of residential mortgage loan process from application through fulfillment
• Must be appropriately licensed (or able to gain license within 60 days of start) by the applicable regulator in each state in which he/she licensee activities
• Excellent communication skills required
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills required

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Loan Officer, who will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a servant heart to our team of top-tier mortgage professionals. This professional will work in a tight-knit, goal-oriented team where our Customers and Referral Partners can rely on them to ensure an accurate and timely closing process. The Licensed Loan Officer’s primary function is the promotion and sale of Company loan products and services to potential customers.

What you’ll do:
