Job summary

Geode Health in Georgia seeks a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the spectrum of care. The role emphasizes evidence-based care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and flexible scheduling within a hybrid model.

We offer a flexible hybrid schedule, with three days onsite and two days via telehealth, and a compensation range of $90,000–$95,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist in Georgia (LCSW, LMSW/LSW, LPC/CPCS, LMFT or PsyD).
• Provisionally licensed LMSW/LSW accepted while pursuing full licensure.
• Participation in clinical supervision required for independent licensure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy.
• Partner with prescriber for coordinated psychiatric and therapeutic care.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed and contribute to care coordination.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals.
