Job summary

Geode Health in Georgia seeks a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across a general spectrum. The role collaborates with Prescriber and care teams to coordinate services and may involve crisis intervention as needed.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days telehealth, full medical-dental-vision, CME time off, 401(k) match and a supportive team focused on evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist in Georgia state
• Provisional licensure allowed (LMSW/LSW) if committed to full licensure
• Participation in clinical supervision required to meet licensure requirements
• Passion for high quality care
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and maintaining up-to-date records
• Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
• Willingness to treat a broad spectrum of conditions
• Geode prefers therapists with 1+ year of professional experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across a broad spectrum
• Collaborate with Prescriber and integrated care team for coordinated care
• Provide crisis intervention when needed
• Support care coordination and patient follow-up
• Contribute to measurement-based care and outcomes tracking
