Geode Health is seeking a fully licensed mental health therapist in Georgia to diagnose, treat, and provide psychotherapy across the mental health spectrum. Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with valid Georgia state license.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency with an EMR system and maintaining up-to-date patient records.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the spectrum of mental healthcare.
• Collaborate with Prescriber and integrated care team to coordinate care.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed and support patients in achieving goals.

Education

Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC/CPCS, LMFT or PsyD) in the state of Georgia
