Qualifications

• Must be a licensed therapist in Georgia (LCSW, LMSW/LSW, LPC/CPCS, LMFT or PsyD).
• Provisionally licensed LMSW/LSW eligible; must pursue full licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year professional therapy experience.
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficient with an EMR system and maintaining accurate EHRs.
• Understanding of a broad spectrum of mental health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders through psychotherapy.
• Partner with prescribers and care teams for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Design and monitor personalized treatment plans.
• Support patients in scheduling and ongoing follow-ups via telehealth and in-person.
