Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Candidate may be pursuing licensure or licensure in process.
• Committed to delivering high-quality mental health care.
• Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve client care.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plans with insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other therapists.
