Role Overview:

  • Guide clients through Medicare plans and enrollment.
  • Match client needs to the most suitable coverage solutions.
  • Deliver fast, friendly, and effective benefits review.
  • Maintain full compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Work with fellow agents to meet ambitious sales targets. (No High Pressure sales tactics or strategies)
  • Stay informed of Medicare updates to maintain expert-level knowledge.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven success in insurance sales—MAPD experience required.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-first attitude with a commitment to compliance excellence.
  • Strong understanding of Medicare and HIPAA compliance.
  • Must provide your own licensing and certifications we take care of the rest ( E&O, dialer, Sunfire, and other platforms )
  • Must have your own equipment and High Speed Internet
