Location: Remote (U.S. – all states except CA & NY)

Schedule: Minimum 25 hours/week | Inbound calls available M–F, 7am–3:30pm PST. If you work outside of these hours you will be making outbound calls.

Earning Potential: $65,000 – $125,000+ annually- Commission and bonuses only

Compensation:

  • Paid monthly, no claw backs or charge backs

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Take inbound calls from interested Medicare Advantage prospects
  • Educate and enroll clients in the best Medicare and healthcare plans
  • Make outbound calls (optional) during non-peak hours using warm lead lists
  • Close ~25% of your calls with solid commission earnings
  • Utilize platforms like Sunfire to enroll members and manage accounts
  • Work directly with major carriers including UHC, Aetna, Humana, WellCare, Devoted, and more
  • Active health insurance license in at least 5 states
  • At least 1 AEP (Annual Enrollment Period) of Medicare sales experience
  • AHIP Certification (you must have a copy for carrier submission)
  • Must commit to 25+ hours/week
  • Must have a release from your previous agency and proof of termination from carriers
  • Confident using technology and self-driven (training is not hands-on)
  • Experience with reconsiderations and compliance strongly preferred
  • Experience with Sunfire is a HUGE plus
  • Must have your own equipment (headset, reliable internet, quiet workspace)
  • Familiarity with Sunfire or other enrollment platforms preferred

  • Large-scale Medicare call centers or agencies
  • Agencies like Assurance IQ, Advocate Health Advisors, or similar
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Driven by commissions and high performance
  • Able to self-manage schedule and goals
  • Quick start – offers go out fast, start training the following Monday
