Job Summary:

As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will assist clients in selecting the best Medicare plans tailored to their healthcare needs. This is a fully remote 1099 position, requiring agents to have their own equipment. All business is conducted over the phone—no in-person meetings required. We provide warm inbound leads and opportunities for outbound sales, ensuring ample potential to maximize earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive transferred inbound calls from leads interested in signing up for Medicare Advantage Health Plans.
  • Make outbound calls to interested prospects outside of peak hours.
  • Consult and sell Medicare and Healthcare plans to prospective members.
  • Stay up to date with Medicare products, industry regulations, and best sales practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrollments.

Compensation:

  • $150 per policy for 1-39 policies per month.
  • $200 per policy for 40+ policies per month.
  • Paid on the 5th of each month for the previous month.
  • No chargebacks or clawbacks on canceled policies.

Carriers We Work With:

Aetna, Alignment, Cigna, Clover, Devoted, Elevance, Freedom/Optimum, Humana, Molina Healthcare, United Healthcare, WellCare, and Zing Health.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must reside in any U.S. state except CA or NY.
  • At least one Medicare enrollment period as a sales agent.
  • Experience in the 2024-2025 AEP (Annual Enrollment Period).
  • Release from previous employer.
  • AHIP certification (agent must have a copy of their certificate for upload).
  • Active insurance license in at least 5+ states.
  • Commitment to working 25+ hours/week.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Sunfire enrollment tool (highly preferred).
  • Strong follow-up skills, ensuring response within 24-48 hours post-interview.
  • Agents must be willing to work 25+ hours per week.
  • Inbound calls available Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PST.
  • Agents can also conduct outbound campaigns if they choose to work after hours or weekends.
