As a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll play a key role on a high-performing team, helping customers across the country find personalized coverage through a wide network of over 80 insurance carriers.

This is a remote position open to candidates in most U.S. states (with the exception of California).
The formula is simple: more sales = more income.
Base salary plus generous commissions for every sale above your monthly floor
Exciting bonuses including contests, high-premium incentives, and elite sales clubs
Top performers consistently earn $100K+ - some break$160K

Our agency operates 7 days a week, from 8 AM to 9 PM ET. To best serve our customers, team members work one weekend day per week and enjoy two days off to rest and recharge. We’ll work together during the interview process to find a schedule that aligns with your needs and our customers’ experience.
