Job summary

SelectQuote Life is seeking a licensed Life Sales Agent to sell fully underwritten and simplified-issue term life policies. You will receive warm leads daily, with no cold-calling or travel, and training to help you succeed.

Expect strong earnings: first-year compensation typically $70k–$80k, with many agents earning over $100k and top performers exceeding $200k annually. Licensing in multiple states is supported, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year sales experience preferred with a strong history of award-winning success.
• Call Center experience preferred; Insurance experience preferred.
• Life resident insurance license required or license by deadline; licensing costs reimbursed after training.

Responsibilities

• Sell fully underwritten and simplified-issue life insurance with warm leads provided.
