SelectQuote, Inc. seeks a Licensed Sales Agent - Life to sell term life policies using fully underwritten and simplified-issue options. You’ll work with warm leads delivered daily, with no cold-calling or travel required, and you’ll receive training in our process.

Base pay during ramping plus performance-based earnings drive an average first-year compensation of $70-80K. Over half earn over $100K after year one, with top agents exceeding $200K annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year sales experience preferred with a history of award-winning success.
• Call Center experience preferred.
• Insurance experience preferred.
• Life resident insurance license required or must obtain by deadline (licensing costs reimbursed after training).

Responsibilities

• Sell fully underwritten and simplified-issue life insurance with a focus on term policies.
• Utilize warm daily leads with no cold-calling, prospecting, or travel.
• Collaborate with Case Management for administrative support.
• Maintain high base-pay during ramping and participate in performance-based earnings.
