Job summary

SelectQuote Life is seeking Licensed Sales Agents to sell life insurance with a focus on term policies. You will receive warm leads daily with no cold-calling, and no travel is required. The role offers high earning potential and comprehensive training.

During ramping, agents receive a solid base-pay plus performance-based earnings, with many agents earning over $100K annually in a W-2 environment. Licensing costs are reimbursed after training, and benefits are extensive for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year sales experience preferred with a strong history of award-winning success.
• Call Center experience preferred; Insurance experience preferred; Life resident insurance license required or must become licensed by deadline (licensing costs reimbursed after training).

Responsibilities

• Sell fully-underwritten and simplified-issue life insurance with warm leads provided daily, no cold-calling or travel.
• Achieve strong earnings with high base-pay during ramping and performance-based earnings.
