SelectQuote Life is seeking a Licensed Sales Agent - Life to sell fully-underwritten and simplified-issue term policies. You’ll receive warm leads daily with no cold-calling, prospecting, or travel required, in a high-volume, technology-driven environment.

The ramping period offers high base pay plus earnings; first-year compensation averages $70–80K, with more than half reaching $100K after year one, and top performers over $200K.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience preferred with award-winning success.
• Call Center experience preferred.
• Insurance experience preferred.
• Life resident insurance license required or licensed by deadline; licensing costs reimbursed after training.

Responsibilities

• Sell fully-underwritten and simplified-issue life insurance with a focus on term policies.
• Handle warm leads provided daily with no cold-calling.
• Maintain high-volume sales performance and meet targets.
• Coordinate with Case Management for administrative support.
