SelectQuote, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Sales Agent - Life to join its Life division, selling fully underwritten and simplified-issue term life policies.

You’ll receive warm leads daily with no cold-calling, prospecting, or travel required. High earning potential exists with base pay during ramping and performance-based commissions; first-year earnings commonly $70K–$80K, with many agents earning over $100K and top performers over $200K.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Life resident insurance license required or must become licensed by deadline (licensing costs reimbursed after training).

Responsibilities

• Sell fully underwritten and simplified-issue life insurance with warm leads provided.
• Rely on a high-volume, tech-driven environment using CRM and quote tools.
• No cold-calling, prospecting, or travel is required; Case Management handles administration.
