Job summary

SelectQuote Life is seeking Licensed Sales Agent - Life to sell fully underwritten and simplified-issue term life insurance. You’ll be delivered warm leads daily with no cold-calling or travel.

You can earn a strong first-year income with high earning potential; averages range around $70-80K during ramp-up and many agents exceed six figures, with top performers earning well over $100K. Training provided, licensing costs reimbursed, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 1-year sales experience preferred with a strong history of award-winning success
• Call Center experience preferred
• Insurance experience preferred
• Life resident insurance license. If you do not currently have a Life resident insurance license, you must become licensed by a given deadline. (Licensing costs will be reimbursed after successfully completing our training program.)

Responsibilities

• Sell fully-underwritten and simplified-issue life insurance with a focus on term policies using warm leads
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage and ensure they have the right protection for their families
• Coordinate with Case Management for administrative support and licensing processes
