Expect high-volume activity and strong upside: ramping pay with base and performance, and first-year averages around six figures for top performers, backed by ongoing training and licensing support across states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year sales experience preferred with award-winning success.
• Call Center experience preferred; Life resident insurance license recommended.

Responsibilities

• Sell fully-underwritten and simplified-issue life insurance (term policies).
• Receive warm leads with no cold-calling or travel required.
• Maintain high-volume sales focus while Case Management handles administrative tasks.
