Remote Work-at-Home

We are seeking a Licensed Life and Health Call Center Representative to educate and guide customers in selecting insurance policies that meet their needs. Candidates must complete a full application on our careers page, including screening questions and a pre-employment test.

Position Responsibilities
  • Provide information about healthcare options and insurance policies.
  • Assist customers in choosing suitable insurance policies.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, claims, etc.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends.
  • Promote insurance products to meet sales targets.
  • Resolve customer concerns about policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments for cohesive service.
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and skills.
Candidate Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Healthcare Insurance License.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible schedule, analytical, problem-solving skills, multitasking ability.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable in completing assignments and attendance.
Requirements
  • Wired Ethernet connection with minimum 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
  • Two 21" monitors.
  • Broadband Internet via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic (wireless not allowed).
  • Own headset (specific models to be recommended).
Conditions of Employment
  • Authorized to work in the job's country.
  • Willing to undergo background/security investigations and drug screening.
