Licensed Life and Health Call Center Representative

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in tailored solutions for diverse client needs. We are seeking a Licensed Life and Health Call Center Representative to educate and guide customers in selecting suitable insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information about healthcare options and insurance policies.
  • Assist customers in choosing appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.

  • Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Valid Healthcare Insurance License.
  • Previous call center experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Minimum Requirements
  • Wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
  • Two 21" monitors.
  • Broadband Internet via DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic (wireless not allowed).
  • Own headset (specific models to be recommended).
