Job summary

The Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking an experienced LPHA BH to contribute to the Behavioral Health team in Aurora, IL. The role involves reviewing IM+CANS, guiding staff on Rule 132 and Rule 140, and ensuring service compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field is required.
• Licensed or eligible licenses preferred (LCPC or LCSW).

• Lead staff guidance on Rule 132 and Rule 140 interpretations.
• Monitor quality improvement data and complete monthly reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and accreditation standards.
• Provide staff training on documentation, assessment, and planning.
• Collaborate with a team of behavioral health service providers.
