Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field required.
• Valid California professional license (LCSW/LMFT/Psychologist) required.
• Minimum four years of full-time clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Two years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical leadership and oversight for assigned programs and staff.
• Monitors staff performance, documentation, and program outcomes.
• Ensures clients receive appropriate level of care and service delivery.
• Coordinates with Centralized Intake, QA/QI, and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Participates in recruitment, training, and staff development.
