Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling is required.
• Active AZ licensure as LMSW/LAC/LAMFT or equivalent is required.
• Three years of specialized experience in mental health/substance use is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapeutic counseling to individuals, families, and groups.
• Deliver services focused on general mental health and substance use.
• Maintain clinical documentation, billing, and program audit support.
• Collaborate with care teams for coordinated patient care.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
