Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred.
• Proven counseling services experience and assessment skills.
• LSW/LCSW preferred.
• Background check clearance required.
• Annual TB test.
• Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills; proficient with MS Office.
• Proficiency in EHR documentation and review.
• Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships.
• Occasional driving may be required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and Illinois insurance coverage.
