Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• LCSW license to practice independently in Illinois is required.
• MSW degree or higher from a CSWE-accredited program is required.
• Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT/DBT/ACT) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage an individual caseload of at least 20 attended client sessions per week with supervision for up to four supervisees.
• Review and sign supervisees notes to ensure proper documentation and billing.
• Approve biweekly clinical hours and other supervisory requests.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat varied mental health conditions via multiple therapy formats.
• Participate in CEU and Didactic training to build specialty skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, PAs, social workers and therapists.
• Maintain and organize schedules using the electronic scheduler and attend required meetings.
• Engage in marketing and networking activities and complete onboarding trainings.
