Benchmark Human Services in Arkansas is seeking a Behavioral Clinician to provide consultation and training for IDD/BH providers, focusing on trauma-informed, person-centered supports. The role involves coordination with the crisis support team, developing plans, and offering technical assistance to agencies.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• LPC or LCSW credential is required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with behavior supports for IDD/BD.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to referrals promptly as assigned by Team Lead or Director.
• Complete psychosocial needs assessments to identify strengths and opportunities.
• Develop and provide training on person-centered supports and trauma-informed care.
• Assist with development, implementation, and monitoring of Person-Centered Plans and Crisis Safety Plans.
• Provide direct behavioral health interventions consistent with credential/licensure.
• Collaborate with the crisis support team on training and provider support.
