The Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (Full Time) to deliver high-quality nursing care in Highland, IL. The role focuses on assessing health needs, planning and implementing care, and coordinating with the health care team to meet patient goals.

Qualifications include an Associates Degree, IL RN license in good standing with BLS, and at least two years of nursing experience with developmental disabilities or mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Illinois RN license in good standing with BLS certification.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience preferred with developmental disabilities or mental health needs.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing services to meet identified health needs of clients.
• Medication management, administration, monitoring and documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, Medical Director and other health professionals.
• Maintain client confidentiality and complete nursing records per policy.
