Association for Individual Development (AID) seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Aurora, IL to join our Behavioral Health team. The role emphasizes IM+CANS review, provider guidance, and compliance with Rule 132/140 standards.

You will lead, train, and supervise staff within a collaborative, mission-driven nonprofit setting, with some remote work possible by discretion. Masters degree and LCPC/LCSW required.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a human services field required.
• LCPC or LCSW license required.
• At least 4 years of experience in behavioral health required.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the Behavioral Health team and the agency.
• Review IM+CANS and provide feedback to authors.
• Provide leadership and guidance on Rule 132 and Rule 140 interpretations.
• Track quality improvement data and complete monthly reports.
• Ensure service delivery complies with applicable federal, state, and accreditation standards.
• Provide staff training on documentation, assessment and planning.
• Collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers and supervise as assigned.
• Some remote work components may be possible with discretionary approval.
