Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery across assigned clients in Washington state. You will coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficient operations and high client satisfaction, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

The role supports staff development, scheduling, and documentation accuracy, with emphasis on clinical judgment and ethical practice. Hybrid work options may be available for this position.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field hours and 1 year of ABA experience.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics per WAC 246-805-220.
• Supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance and compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
