Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to supervise high quality ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of teams in our Ridgefield area, Washington.

The role requires active state licensure, a BA/BS with ABA experience, and compliance with WAC requirements. You will lead program implementation, coordinate regional teams, mentor staff, and ensure accurate documentation and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field hours and 1 year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a WAC 246-805-210 program with 135 hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post hire documents, compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
