Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LabA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality ABA service delivery across assigned clients. You will lead regional teams, ensure continuity of care, and drive professional growth while upholding PBS Corp.’s clinical and ethical standards.

Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged, and a hybrid work arrangement may be available to support scheduling and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience.
• Completion of 135 classroom hours in ABA topics per WAC 246-805-220.
• Completion of supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and comply with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

WAC 246-805-210 degree requirement
