Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 insurance license.
• Minimum two years of experience in an insurance agency.
• Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic or similar).
• Clear, friendly verbal communication for phone and email.
• Detail-oriented review of policy documents and endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for policyholders with warmth and clarity.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately.
• Review carrier correspondence to keep client files up to date.
• Identify coverage gaps and advise clients accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales to transition new business to service model.
• Document all client interactions in the system.
