Graddy Insurance Group is hiring a Service and Sales Specialist in Florida to handle policy changes, billing questions and claims support by phone, text and email. You will identify opportunities to upsell home, auto, boats, and life products on each call, while encouraging happy customers to leave referrals and reviews.

You will work with our service team to ensure top-tier client satisfaction and use AI tools to find fast answers, supporting policy reviews for Account Managers and our

Formación

• Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license (or willingness to obtain after hire).
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience (insurance or sales a plus).
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell on calls.
• Comfort with phones, computers and learning new systems.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with policy changes, billing and claim questions by phone, text and email.
• Turn service calls into sales opportunities by discussing home, auto, boats, life and more on each call.
• Request Google reviews and referrals from satisfied customers.
• Use AI assistants to find quick answers and practice customer conversations.
• Schedule policy reviews and life insurance appointments for Account Managers and Financial Specialist.
• Support social media posts about the team, products and community and collaborate with the service team to keep customers happy.
