Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

Lauren Peart - State Farm Agency, located in Glen Head, NY is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative- State Farm Team Member who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is confident in outbound sales, relationship building, and closing, with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.

This role is best suited for someone who is goal-oriented, coachable, and eager to grow within a performance-based culture. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:

1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Glen Head, NY.
3. This is an in-office position.

Base Salary Range: $35,000 – $45,000 (based on experience)

Commission + Bonus Opportunities: Uncapped earning potential tied to performance

Total Compensation Potential: $50,000 – $75,000+ for top producers

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
