Job summary

StaffMyAgency, located in Aurora, Colorado, is seeking a passionate Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team as a full‑time salesperson. You will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers, helping families and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience, a Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain), and strong prospecting skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of sales experience.
• Property & Casualty license (must have or be able to obtain).
• Ability to open doors and secure appointments from a cold start.
• Excellent listening and closing skills.
• Monday–Friday work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls.
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or referral programs.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
