Job summary

Allstate - Murphy & Associates Financial Services in Hamilton, New Jersey is seeking a confident Licensed Sales Producer to join our team. In this full-time role you will sell a wide range of property and casualty insurance products and provide excellent customer service.

You will develop quotes, present options, and close sales while growing revenue through calls, emails, and referrals. Prior sales experience and a NJ P&C license are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Property and Casualty license issued by New Jersey.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience preferred.
• Excellent spelling and grammar.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Willingness to learn, be coachable and proactive.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.

Requirements

• Possess a current Property and Casualty insurance license issued by the state of New Jersey.
