Schueller Insurance Group is seeking an Outside Sales Producer to join a top-performing agency in Roseland, New Jersey. You will advise prospects on property and casualty insurance and build a rewarding, growth-oriented career.

A hybrid remote work model offers flexibility to work from home while staying connected with the local team. Experience is helpful but not required; training and resources are provided.

Competenze

• Licensing: Active NJ Life & Health or Property & Casualty License is desired.
• Experience: Previous sales or insurance-related roles is advantageous.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Persistence: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and persuasively communicate with clients.
• Team collaboration: Must be proactive and work with teams to achieve sales goals.
• Technical: Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is beneficial.

Schueller Insurance Group is seeking an Outside Sales Producer to join one of the top-performing elite agencies in the country! You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property and casualty insurance. • Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance fromleads that are provided by the agency.
