Confie and its family of companies is hiring Insurance Agents to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will also have opportunities to grow earnings by offering homeowners and health insurance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred; company supports obtaining one.

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining relationships with current customers to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Build Relationships: Proactively connect with customers and expand opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain records of all transactions and deposits in the agency management system.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide guidance to help clients choose insurance products that fit their needs.
