Job summary

Confie is seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers in a high-volume environment. You will grow earnings through complementary products like homeowners and health insurance, building lasting client relationships and expanding opportunities.

You will maintain accurate records, process deposits, and advise clients on suitable coverage options while leveraging a steady stream of inbound leads and supportive mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent follow-up, organization and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ambitious, motivated with a growth mindset.
• Ability to earn trust and provide guidance to clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
