Job summary

Confie is hiring a Licensed Call Center Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products to new and existing customers. You will benefit from inbound leads, walk-in traffic, comprehensive training, and ongoing mentorship while earning uncapped commissions.

The role emphasizes growth, relationship building, and guided sales toward auto, homeowners, and health insurance, with strong earning potential and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed insurance agent or pursuing a license; we’ll support training
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and trust
• High School Diploma or GED is required

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain relationships to meet sales production goals.
• Proactively connect with customers and expand opportunities for auto, homeowners, or health insurance.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation in the agency system.
• Establish rapport with clients and guide them to the best insurance products for their needs.
