Confie and its family of companies is seeking an Insurance Agent in the United States to sell nonstandard auto insurance and opportunities to cross-sell homeowners and health products. The role emphasizes growth, relationship-building, and providing guidance to clients.

You will handle a high volume of inbound leads and walk-ins, with paid training, licensing support, and a focus on professional development.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships with current customers.
• Build relationships by understanding client needs and offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Ensure accuracy by maintaining records of transactions and documentation in the agency system.
