Job summary

Confie is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products to new and existing customers. You’ll also have opportunities to grow earnings by offering homeowners and health insurance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• High School Diploma or GED required; license support available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by soliciting new business and maintaining relationships with current customers to exceed sales production goals.
• Build relationships by understanding client needs and offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system and process deposits timely.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to help clients choose the best insurance products.
