Job summary

Confie is hiring Insurance Agents to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers in a high-volume environment with strong inbound leads. You will have opportunities to expand offerings to homeowners or health insurance and build lasting client relationships while earning based on performance.

Qualifications

• A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license is strongly preferred, but not required – we will support you in obtaining one.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Solicit new business while maintaining relationships with current customers to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Build Relationships: Connect with customers, assess needs, and offer auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions.
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of transactions and deposits in the agency system.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Establish rapport and guide clients to the best insurance products.
