Job summary

Gobravvo Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated, licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our full-time team. You will leverage your licenses to connect with clients, assess needs, and tailor coverage options while delivering exceptional service.

We offer a base salary plus commissions and bonuses, plus PTO and ongoing mentorship. This role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and ethical service as you help clients protect what matters most.

Qualifications

• Current Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses required.
• Experience in insurance sales is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage leads for new and existing clients.
• Schedule appointments and conduct needs assessments.
• Recommend and sell appropriate insurance products.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide accurate, prompt, and friendly service.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
