Job summary

Gobravvo is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) to build client relationships, educate customers on insurance options, and match coverage to individual, family, and business needs. This role emphasizes consultative sales, strong service, and compliance with regulations.

Candidates should have at least two years of sales experience and an active Property & Casualty license (or the ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of sales experience.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license, or ability to obtain one as required by state regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to self-initiate and operate with a sense of urgency.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to follow through on leads and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients by addressing questions, concerns, and coverage options.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships through follow-up calls and proactive communication to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Contact businesses and individuals to promote insurance products, services, and referral programs through phone and email outreach.
• Grow sales revenue by leveraging prospect lists, networking, and effective client engagement strategies.
• Educate clients on insurance policies that best suit their needs, ensuring they understand benefits and coverage details.
