Job summary

Gobravvo Insurance Agency is hiring a Licensed Insurance Agent to join a full-time team focused on delivering tailored coverage and exceptional service. You will develop leads, meet with clients, and advise on insurance solutions while building lasting client relationships in a collaborative environment.

You will work in a supportive agency that offers base pay with commission and bonuses, plus PTO, group health coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required
• Life & Health license required
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred
• Sales experience in other areas considered an asset
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
• Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong ability to build relationships and relate to diverse customers

Responsibilities

• Develop leads and schedule appointments with potential clients
• Identify customer needs and market appropriate insurance products and services
• Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• Actively participate in marketing initiatives to expand the agency's reach
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
